My boss hooked me up with front row center seats to see Blues Traveler with Live and Collective Soul this past wed. Blues Traveler put on a nice show but it was only for an hour from 7pm-8pm. Ben Wilson the guitarist gave me his pick. John Popper threw his harmonica on the last song, Hook, right over my head and I could have caught it if I was payin attention. You can see the video here. ( I am in the bottom left from time to time)

We then decided to leave and try to catch Donna Jean and the Tricksters at Acoustic Cafe. From I heard it was a smart move for us to leave too cause Collective Soul aint as good as they used to be. But Donna Jean wasn't there when we got to Bridgeport. At least the tricksters still did some dead tunes like they always do. All in all it was a good night and I felt nicer than I probably should have. [/url] |
